The ICL website has undergone some recent upgrades that we’re excited to share with you.
Aligning with our commitment to constantly improving the user experience, these changes include:
- A dedicated course page
- A dedicated certification page
- Course categories and filters for certifications, courses & events
- Easy identification of mandatory courses & events
- Use of QR code to register your attendance at live event to reflect in your certification record
Dedicated Course Page
Easily view Accreditation Training, Courses in progress, and any mandatory courses and events that may have been assigned to you (more on that below).
We’ve created a dedicated course page where you can easily see all of the courses available for you on the ICL website.
To get here, simply click Courses on your user dashboard or in the user drop down menu.
On this page, you can filter through available courses by clicking on any of the filter button options displayed below.
From here, you will also be able to filter through different courses according to their category (Webinars, Conference sessions, Safe & Together course etc).
Dedicated Certifications Page
You can now track all your completed courses and attended events via the My certifications page, accessible on your dashboard and in the drop down menu.
This page tracks all certifications you’ve attained displayed by order of recent completion or attendance.
You will also be able to filter specific certifications by event, course or even by specific category.
Mandatory Courses & Events
A new feature we’ve introduced is the ability to assign mandatory Courses & Events.
If a mandatory course or event has been assigned to you, you will receive an email notification informing you of the assignment and deadline. You will also be able to easily identify these courses or events as they will be clearly marked with a red M and display the deadline in the Courses and Events pages.
You can also filter for Mandatory courses specifically by clicking the check box on your filter section on your Courses page:
To find your mandatory events, go to the Events page and select the check box shown below:
Registering attendance of event via QR Code
We have expanded our QR code attendance feature! Previously available only for workshops, it now applies to all live events.
When attending any event you’ve registered for on the ICL website, such as a webinar, conference or Phase 2 workshop, simply scan the QR code on display to confirm your attendance.
You will be prompted to sign into your ICL website account, after which you can mark yourself as having attended the event.
Once the event concludes, it will appear on your My Certifications page under Events.
